Damaged Baggage

If your luggage has been damaged, the first thing you need to do is complete and sign a Property Irregularity Report Form.

When the claim is submitted, we would first explore as to whether the bag can be repaired. If it can we would communicate with you, if however the bag is beyond repair you will be required to submit a claim and enclose the following documents.

Documents:

  • Copy of ticket
  • Cost of suitcase and it's age
  • Copy of the Property Irregularity Report

Your claim cannot be processed until we receive the relevant documentation. Once the relevant documentation has been submitted, and depending on the complexity of the matter, we anticipate completion of your claim will take approximately 6 to 8 weeks.
