At Check In

You are in the check-in area, and you have already familiarised yourself with our pre-flying travel tips. Due to International processing and increased security requirements, we suggest you go to check-in counter right away. Do not leave your baggage unattended at any time.

Along with your passport, ticket, departure card, and baggage, you are now ready for check-in. Improper or insufficient documentation will deter you from being check-in and/or boarded.

Ensure your carry-on baggage, does not contain any sharp items such as scissors, pocket knives, tweezers, or any other sharp or pointed tools, as these will be confiscated at the security checkpoint. Remember, unattended baggage may be removed, stolen, or destroyed. Do not accept any items from an unknown person for carriage onboard the aircraft.

Check-in completed. You now have in your possession a boarding pass with gate and seat number and your carry-on baggage. It may be wise to continue directly to the departure lounge area, as you will still need to clear several other security checkpoints. Please be aware of items that may cause delays during the passenger screening process; jewellery, belt buckles, keys, cell phones, pagers, PDA's, etc. should be placed in your carry-on baggage and not left on your person. Note, that if you are carrying a laptop, you may be required to turn it on at the security checkpoint.

Look out for the boarding gate number as it pertains to your flight number (if not on your boarding pass), and await further boarding instructions.

Enjoy your flight!
